Mr. Joe Ordia the representative of the company came immediately to our house after we sent and email about we're able to monitor our system from our cell phones. He saw what the problem was and immediately order the part needed to monitor the system. I appreciate the professionalism and friendliness from him.

I decided to go with PEG Solar because their quote was substantially lower than the other companies we talked to. I couldnt be happier that we did. They were able to get the job done quickly and the installers were professional and knowledgeable. I had a few questions and concerns about some of the settings on my system after the install, but Nate got back to me promptly and patiently helped me out. I will definitely contact PEG again with any solar work I need done in the future.

I'm please with the company response from the email I've sent concerning the system. We were not able to monitoring the system from our app on our phones and other devices. The company representative Joe Ordia responded to the email and almost immediately came out to see what the problem was. He was able find the problem and made arrangements to have the part replaced immediately. His friendliness and professionalism is to the utmost and very admirable.

We signed with peg solar in September 2019 after lot of delays in questions being answered and final layout. We did wait patiently for them to install for 90 days as promised but after when we called for updates we were redirected a lot. Finally we got hold of Joe who informed us that our project has not moved from months and they do not have any updates and asked us to wait another 30 days as their contract says 90-120 days. After 20 days we tried to get updates because we did not hear anything from them and same very hard to get hold of anyone who can give us update. Finally we got a call back from Joe who suggested it is going to take and if you want we can cancel the project and we agreed and he said we will send you an update email of cancellation. It's been more than a month now and we are not able to get hold of anyone.We have tried several times to get our money back but they have our project cancelled in their system but noone to let us know when we are going to get our money back. Never going to recommend them. We are stuck as they have lot of our money and in these bad times we are not able to get any answers.UPDATE: Thanks to Joe, we received the confirmation on cancellation and has confirmed on returning the full payment.
