I'm curious why we're being charged almost $150 alone in service fees when we live in an apartment. I was super mindful of our electricity use only to be hit with a $200 bill. That's absolutely insane for a 2 bedroom apartment. I'll be contacting the BBB.

Over the case of three days, I have been lied to and misled no less than 5 times. The online/social media team has tried to outwardly pretend they are helping, but participate in the dishonesty by having CS representatives contact you while saying they are from another department. While legally they have 30 days to replace a standard meter with a bi-directional meter for net metering, I am trying to find out what the delay is in swapping mine. While I cannot get an honest answer from anyone at Dominion (they have given me 5 different excuses, but none of them were plausible) I suspect it is because they want to squeeze ever last penny out of you before allowing you to use your solar system. And since you dont have a choice in your energy company, there isnt much you can do about it. What a shame. I think consumers should be able to expect more than what is legally required from a company. Especially when they own a monopoly on your business.

Great experience with customer service, I have personally never have had a problem dealing with Dominion. We recently had our power go off and within the hour it was back on. Speaking with customer service, they spoke politely and answered all my concerns.
