It's just annoying that the power will go out multiple times in 1 month with no warning and no inclement weather. Oftentimes it will go out multiple times in 1 DAY (like today it is 11:33am and it has already gone off twice). The company doesn't even let its customers know what's going on...

We have random power outages in perfect weather appx. twice a week. They have ruined $3500 worth of my technical equipment. They have repeatedly denied my claims for them to pay for the damages. The power continues to go out on a regular basis. This is the 5th city Ive lived and Ive NEVER had such poor service from a power company. Their performance and customer service is nauseating.

No one will help me the problem is still not fixed you keep charging my account I have never worked with such an awful power company. Two months ago I stopped my service and I am still call you guys TWO MONTHS. You took out payment twice for one service and then refunded me and now you charged me again its outrageous. No one will help. I have talked to three people and emailed 4 others and each said we are so sorry its our fault your account will be at $0 tomorrow and three days later and a week later and month later it has now only grown in price to massive $149 of overcharges that I do NOT owe you. Please someone fix my account.

This is the absolute worst power company I have ever dealt with. Not only getting the random overcharge(s), they are absolutely terrible at providing good and reliable service. There is absolutely no reason at all to be out of power for hours and hours on multiple occasions per year in the middle of Lynchburg, especially in 30 degree temperatures. Pathetic service
