Lovely, come home to no power in my apartment. Why you ask, because some smart one cut off the power to my apartment instead of the guy who moved out. Are you serious, you don't check to be sure you got the right apartment number and since when do you cut it off instead of putting it back under the complex name. Ridiculous

Incompetent and inefficient! Really need to have more options for energy in this area. Their bookkeeping is a hot mess. I have to waste my time to prove payments made online weeks prior and they won't waive fees for it. I have better things to do than waste my time clarifying their bookkeeping errors!
