IPS of VA installed 20 panels on the roof of our home on the Eastern Shore just over a year ago. They did a great installation job, but I have been particularly pleased with their after-sales service, in terms of answering questions and providing guidance to a novice like myself. My experience with the local energy company was not so good--possibly because there are not a whole lot of solar customers in their service area. Eventually it all got sorted out and the system works beautifully.

Matt Reynolds and his team did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. The installers were polite and neat. The tech was courteous and conscientious. I now have the app that tracks my energy generation; all is good.
