This company is awful. Payment arrangements they offer are just plan unacceptable. Hope Virginia can eventually offer its residents more options for electric. Currently, We do not have a choice but to use this company. With that being said, they do not give customers sufficient service because they know you can not leave them to go to another company, so why put any effort into customer service, dependable utility or accurate readings when not forced to?
