I paid them $2500.00 and they say Ive not paid-even though bank sent records verified their withdrawal. They took me off budget plan. Wont tell me where a physical location is so I can personally deliver bank statements etc. Customer service is totally inept, rude and just repeat what they read from their company.

Got a $300 bill because the budget billing failed and the customer service gave me an attitude.

They constantly overcharge people on their bills and theyre bills make no sense. I had a bill for $621 that was due on Nov 13 and they sent a cut off notice for the 1st. Then, theyre asking for $1600 for power. They do this every month Im sick of it. Nobody uses that much power in my house.
