Examined our electric bills and clearly explained the benefits that Ion Solar can make in reducing the monthly cost. He is always available to answer our questions and always updating us during and after the installation process. The installation team are equally courteous and did a professional and excellent job. Overall our experience is great from Ryan to the he whole crew of Ion Solar. I highly recommend this company to all who want to power their home with Solar.

This might be the Virginia beach one or hampton location but I came home from work today to see white markings all over my roof. Looked at my cameras and found ion solar's business Van's in my driveway and a guy with a ladder to get on my roof. First I did not give permission or signed contract for your business to be on my property. Second I didnt see any notes left behind from your tech about apologizing for trespassing and what I call vandalism. I would like for that tech to come back and remove these white markings off my roof. This is unprofessional and irresponsible for a business to be doing this. I have pictures and videos to send to a supervisor or manager who is responsible for this tech.

They showed up exactly on time (1 minute late from their earliest expected time) for installation, spent less than 5 hours for a fair sized project, and left no mess for me to clean. Everything was routed in a very neat manner. They even painted the conduit to match my house. My panels are producing what they expected, so they are already offsetting their cost. All around great job!
