I tried to buy a garage door from here. The sales person came to meet and measure, then only gave a quote on one type of door, not 3 that had been agreed on. Then it took over a week to get the quote. Very poor communication. He also said he would have to come out and measure again.... Once was not enough?!? Obviously they do not have their stuff together. Then when he was leaving the property he drove off the driveway and almost hit a massive pine tree. I would not trust them to ever install a door for me.

We purchased a very expensive front door through the Salesman at this facility. After setting an install date and time, no one showed or called. After calling and rescheduling, I informed them I could not be there when they arrived. I did arrive before the install was finished and told the installer the door was not the color we ordered. The salesman came out 2 days later and said he would work with us on a resolution.. The owner/manager of the facility called and offered $250.00 off of a $7000.00. This is not the door we wanted or ordered and their resolution is not sufficient. One star only since I have to.
