They did clime to the roof to check the problem I pointed out. They also identified new problems that I was not aware. They showed me the wood exposed on the roof that I was not aware of. The price is fair. The service is great. I'd recommend their service.

The review is directed to the admin or billing office-I have been a customer since 2012 and have always been pleased with the repair services. I have my roof inspected every year to stay ahead of any major repairs or to plan if a new roof is needed. I have never had a problem with that aspect of the service. Fair prices, good service. I am very disappointed with the billing office who sent me a bill with PAST DUE in uppercase and underlined in black marker twice for $248. I obviously did not receive the first bill and lost track of time, so I am shocked that is the way loyal customers are treated. A polite call would have been better. I feel like this is not the way to treat customers that have always paid their bills and would have, in the future, hired you to replace their roof. I frankly feel offended by this.
