I walked in to chat with someone about some issues I was having with a community I manage, and before I could even get a word in edgewise, the woman I was speaking with, cut me off, and said they 'don't handle that type of thing in this office.' She was very rude, and wasn't understanding my request because she wouldn't let me finish a sentence before cutting me off. When I asked what type of things they do handle in this office for future reference, I was cut off again and was told to call the 1-800 number. I can completely understand if a specific location isn't involved in certain matters, but not even listening to my request, and shooing me away is unacceptable. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service.
