The nicest most courteous employees you could ever meet. Helpful beyond job requirements. To name specific people James and Saber were on a different job next door and we had questions about our recent install They came over no problem helped us understand and set up our equipment eventhough there was no appointment. Great guys.

I don't usually do reviews but I don't want anyone else to have a problem like I have had. I called for two weeks trying to get someone to call me back to schedule an appointment. They charged me $495 to run gas to my kitchen which was fine. I was having a gas stove installed and they offered to come back out if I needed help with the actual install of the gas line on the date of delivery. I ended up needing a plug changed from 220 to 110 and they wanted to charge me $450.00 more and wouldn't come out for 2 weeks knowing that I had no stove. Then the receptacle they put in was to far out so the stove wouldn't go all the way back and they refused to fix it for another 2-3 weeks. Once again knowing I had no stove. It has been very frustrating to pay that much money and still not have it installed correctly. I encourage you to find someone better to work with.

Steve, Bill and the entire crew from Sunset Air were great to work with. They had to reconfigure my furnace to make room for the air conditioner and Bill came up with a genius way to make everything work as well as make it easier for me to get to my filter. I have been doing business with sunset air for many years and they always provide great products and service.

Matt Jones and the entire team from Sunset Air were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process of purchasing and installing our new heat pump and furnace. Matt is very knowledgeable and presented us with several options and was able to help us find one that fit our familys needs and our budget. I dont know if its typical for a salesman to come out during installation but Matt showed up and made sure the job was done correctly. The installation team was clean, friendly, and installed the entire system in one day. We are so grateful for the job that Sunset Air has done. Our house has stayed cool and comfortable during these warm days. If anyone has heating and cooling needs we would highly recommend Sunset Air.

Sunset Air has been great to us. We have lived in our home since 2015. From that point Sunset Air came by and updated our water heater at a good price. We still enjoy it and have dealt with no issues. Now recently we worked with Sunset Air to get Air Conditioning installed. It only took a day for us and they didn't make a mess of our home and constantly communicated with me on their progress or if something came up. It works very well and I'm happy with the price. Compared to Sears & Home Depot, this was a no brainier.Almost a year later and Sunset Air is still Awesome! They performed free maintenance on my Air Conditioner. Randy was professional, courteous, and nice to work with. Keep it up guys!
