Pud is not making exceptions for pay in person accounts during the virus outbreak. I am a high risk individual and I was told I still have to come in and pay- they will not take my payment over the phone. Way to work with the community and keep people safe

Changed our due date from the usual 9th to the 1st and made our account pay in cash only and then charged us $475 because we were late on the payment. Absurd and almost criminal business practices.
