These guys are the best! They were super friendly and willing to walk me through our new heat pump system and answer any questions I had. They were clean and quick and handled everything with the electricians and getting the permits that we needed. They even removed an old heat pump pipe and cement block from my yard!

Our furnace died and the heat pump, which works through it was also out of commission. Energy Works came out and diagnosed the problem. When parts took longer than I'd hoped, they called the supplier, got them to ship the part overnight (at no additional cost) and reworked their schedule to be able to do the repair the next day. Nathan was very thorough and got to the root cause of the problem. Kira was wonderful to work with on scheduling and she was excellent at follow up to let me know what was going on. It felt like working with a family business who really cared about you. Great people, great work. I highly recommend them.

I had the distinct and absolute pleasure to spend my home renovation dollars on a Daikin upgraded unit purchased/installed/financed through the highly competent and efficient personnel, including the owner Rich Vulliet, at Energy Works NW. They even accommodated my needs, due to a blower motor spewing oil, a possible fire danger, just prior to the governor's executive order, putting our respective companies on lockdown. Additionally, they noticed a problem with my water pressure and even sent an additional tech to solve that problem the next day. The installers set up my thermostat for the upgraded two-stage unit, which is now saving me money, and this unit is so quiet, I never hear it operating. What a contrast to my original unit, which had reached the end of its useful life. Give these wonderful community members a chance at your project. You won't regret it.

The crew installed a new furnace and duct work at our house and did a great job. I appreciate a crew that cleans up and leaves the job tidy and they did just that. Very skilled installers.
