I live in Southern Oregon and contacted several companies to purchase equipment and found their staff to be the friendliest and easiest to work with. I bought a outback pre wired radiant unit And installed it myself. Then called their support Person Katee For questions about install and settings and training on the unit. I can't say enough about how helpful And patient she was with a novice that I am.

Very impressed with Tim and his team. I canvassed three companies to install an array on my flat roof and now that it's complete I'm really glad I chose Fire Mountain instead of the other two. Aesthetics are important to me; Tim listened to my input and went the extra mile to ensure the final install was on target, on time and exactly what he quoted. Tim's team also took care of every aspect of the process from electrical inspection to netmeter installation and necessary forms needed for the utility provider. The EMA monitor app is really cool (other companies were going to charge for this monitoring service after a few years) and a really nice value-added feature for me was the receipt of a packet post-install with system info, all the signed paperwork, contract, inverter and panel warranties, etc. Highly recommended!

Fire Mountain are pros. From start to finish, no issues, on time, courteous staff who know what they are doing. Excellent experience.
