I recently scheduled maintenance service with All Climate. They are also the company that installed my furnace 11 years ago.Joe arrived as scheduled and performed the routine maintenance. He also carefully explained to me additional work, taking the time to show me photos, reasons it should be done, and cost for the work. I was extremely pleased with his professionalism.

Joe was our maintenance engineer today and was fantastic. Great service, knowledgeable and took a lot of time to walk me through the heating system and the various elements of operation. He was thorough and helped me find replacement bulbs for my ultraviolet filter and also replaced my thermostat remote batteries. Great service and a pleasure to have someone so professional and attentive! 5 stars!

We recently used All Climate Heating & Air for installation of a new gas line at our home in Seattle and were so happy with their service. Jason was an amazing point of contact, he provided great customer service and was extremely accommodating of our needs. He was clearly experienced, knew all of the permitting rules and regulations, and made sure everything was done right. He provided me numerous options (both logistically and cost-wise) to fit our needs and was patient and not pushy while I made our decision. I feel we paid a very fair price and got excellent service. I would highly recommend Jason and All Climate!
