PSE removed my meter on my house leaving me with no power for over a week now. Said that it was because they found meter tampering. As the new homeowner I have never touched the meter. I've had to get city inspections completed and even after I got them completed they put me on a 5 day wait list to restore my power. There's no one you can call and talk to. You have to go through customer service and then they send you to a voicemail where the employees call you back whenever they feel like it. I'm going on two weeks with no power and every time I call I'm treated like a criminal. It disgusts me that there is no other options for power utilities and that these guys can just do whatever they want and there's nothing you can do about it. On top of all of this they're fining me for meter tampering when I never even touched the meter! Horrible customer service. Horrible management. Horrible company. But, you don't get a choice to use anyone else. So you just have to lay there and take the abuse. It's terrible.

LNG is dangerous and dirty. Fossil fuels are so 20th century.

How an entity as big as you can do their job so poorly is beyond me. Get out of the energy business. NOW!

Cut my power without warning or consult. Said would be back on in 24 hours or less. Here we are, near 36 hours later. You guys need Jesus.
