My solar PV Supervisor was not displaying electric usage correctly, the technician drove 90 minutes to my home, spent all the time he could to talk with me to understand the problem, took all the readings and then figured out a way to do a hard reset to get the device working again. He could have easily given up but he stuck with it until the problem was solved, I was impressed and appreciated with his willingness to stick it out until he solved the issue.

If you call them it is only a waiting call service after that, you got to live a message. It is just a waste of time to call them. They install my panels and often the shortcut circuits goes off specially on summer time.
