GREAT company to work with. They just completed the install of a new hot water heater. From the initial call, the quick responses to the great job installing (thanks David) and last of all, all of this for the best price I received out of four bids. These guys did a great job, my main water line started leaking, they found the leak turned my water off, put in a temp line, ran a brand new water line. They were all very helpful and very quick. I would definitely recommend them.

We are in a industrial park and the storm drain backed up with water, flooding the parking lot. Called Pacific and they dispatched Jake and a vacuum truck. Jake did a terrific job, was very professional and explained what he did, what he found and ideas to prevent flooding in the future.

I had a sewer line problem with water backing up from the shower, tub and toilet. I reached another company first, who sent out a tech who was unable to clear the clog and recommended $4,600 of work to just open up the yard, remove shrubs and *only try to find out what was wrong*!!! Henry from Pacific had the line cleared in one hour and charged half the rate of the other company for the same basic work. SAVED ME THOUSANDS!!! The folks on the phone were super-nice and helpful, and I could not recommend them more highly. CALL THEM FIRST!

Pacific plumbing helped me with a second opinion on a sewer situation, it was nice to have some one professional look at the situation and further analyze it. These guys know what they are doing and do great work! Would highly recommend!
