I had a very disappointing experience with what looked to be a good solar contractor in an industry that does have some less than scrupulous companies. I needed an off-grid solution and this company seemed ideal initially. My sales representative was less than responsive to start and unreachable after a few weeks. He submitted my requirements to engineering and they never contacted me. I called the front office and the office manager was apologetic and promised a response. Later she emailed with both my sales representative and engineering copied on the email. Still no one contacted me with interest in completing my installation. There's a much better solar installer in Shepherdstown, WV if you require on-grid solution. Unfortunately there aren't many options for off-grid solutions. However, pass on this one or expect to be disappointed.
