The automated system that was suppose to hold my place in line never called me back. Call #2, and it was even a longer wait time, and I stayed on the line and got disconnected. Rude.

Given the extent of damage and the mass amount of people affected by this past weekends storms we are extremely grateful to we-energies and all its workers. It may have taken 3 days for us to get power back, however our area in Greenville isnt the highest priority with school being out. Thank you all for your hard work around the clock to restore the communities back as much as possible within the timeframe already compared to the amount of damage the workers have had to repair! Additionally, this job can come with major risks for its workers, thank you and hope they all are and continue to stay safe.

Terrible company! They overcharge. Bill went up 2.5 times in May versus anything we had in the winter with the furnace running nonstop. A new meter was installed 6 weeks ago. I talked to the guy doing it. I was told that I was imagining that and that I needed to pay attention to what is running in my house.
