not one to leave reviews but I noticed some negative feedback from others so I thought I would add my 2 cents. I ordered an inverter from Toboa and I received it promptly and in good condition. Also they had the best price on the inverter I could find anywhere. I emailed them a few weeks later to ask for a copy of the receipt and they sent it within a day. This was long after the sale had been completed.

Been 2 months since order, they took my money immediately and have never shipped my order. Emails go unanswered. Guy Chapman is the owner of this company, so has no business reviewing it. I DO NOT recommend this company to anyone.Update; finally received my order. Item is as described. However I was never provided a tracking number or eta. Emails requesting info are still unanswered.

ZERO Customer service. Ordered a $1800 ASCO Transfer switch two months ago and still not received the product. Emails go unanswered and no follow up.BTW, the previous reviewer is either the owner or an employee of the company. Not very ethical to pretend you are a customer. The phone # for the company lead to Guy Chapman VM and his mailbox is always full.
