Home Services at The Home Depot

Excellent service. The staff was so kind and considerate. I ordered a grill online, with pick up in the store. I thought I ordered it in the box, but mistakenly didnt. When I arrived I found out the grill was fully assembled. Just another great service Home Depot provides, but one that didnt work for me. Unfortunately, I was unsure if I could transport the grill home. The customer service associate checked to see if she could get the item in a box, but when she couldnt she helped to coordinate loading the item. The associate who helped load the item knew exactly what to do. He partially unassembled the grill, explaining what he was doing so that we would understand. He engaged my grandson in the process and let him help. He loaded the grill and told us if we had any questions reassembling the grill, to give them a call.We spoke to four associates during this encounter and everyone did a great job! Kindness and courteous service says a lot about this company.

What a pleasant surprise. After becoming used to to the indifference Ive experienced at other Home Depots, I was pleased with the friendliness of the staff at the customer service desk. My return was handled effortlessly and the replacement item promptly brought to me. Thank you Kohler Home Depot.
