Terrible customer service. I was in line waiting to be seen by the CS rep, and when it came time for myself and another customer she started yelling at us to go further back and get behind a handful of people who were there after us (this was well before the Covid situation), while the greeter at the front told us to stand where we were in the first place. We stood our ground and got what we needed, and calmly reminded the lady that there was no need to be rude for her misunderstanding, but that was enough for me to go out of my way to visit the 27th street location from here on out. Mistakes are mistakes, and not everyone there is as brash Im sure, but it put a bad taste in my mouth for this spot.
