I had my engagement ring made here. The mechanic did a wonderful job, was kind, listened, and made a beautiful ring.The female employee, however, is unbelievably rude. I came back when I bought my wedding band to ask if they could adjust it slightly to fit my engagement ring better. She barely listened to me. Said no off the bat. Told me to return the ring and talked down to me about my poor choice of ring and how I knew nothing about life as I was just too young. She went into the back room with another customer and continued to talk about how dumb I was. Quality work, but it is not worth it to have to deal with the TERRIBLE service.
