This is probably the poorest run company our area has and yet so many of us are forced into doing business with them. So many random outages and the local office is a complete mess when it comes to organization. You speak to one person to give you one answer and the next person tells you something completely different, emails and bills are not sent when they should be but then when you do get emails and bills they were sent in error giving you the wrong information. No one you speak with will give you the same answer, they all seem miserable and have no motivation on doing their jobs proficiently. If youre house hunting, make sure you stay far away from the zone that forces you to give them your business. I am absolutely 100% positive if they did not have a contract with the city, they would have no business here and for good reason.

Had to get ahold of them about a power outage in my area. Got ahold of a rep who was horribly rude. She took my contact info and said a manager would contact me. Never returned my call. My husband called and he got the same response 3 times from 3 different people. We were never called back. We had to yell and scream for them to turn our power back on and then got a bill for a reconnection fee for a problem with their equipment! When we tried to challenge the fee they said that we had been so rude to them they would not remove it. Horrible horrible horrible.

This company is bad when you have iwsues with your bill they refuse to help you especially if you fall behind the peopele that thy cll customer service reps are very Rude and will nt go out of their way to help you like you are interupting them I was facing a disconnect due to hardship and the would notmlet me pay half the balance then mke pmts The Company sucks it must have bad training and management

91 degrees out and electricity out.. AGAIN. My mother who can hardly breathe is suffering the worst. Scum bags!!!
