Yes, they are old school.. and thats ok. Relax, no one is out to get you or intentionally delay cashing your check. It really is about the post office. This is a small town America utility company; Embrace and accept it for what it is. Not every company needs to accommodate cutting edge technology, or even 21st century technology. They are honest and small town Good people. Enjoy it. It is rare to find these days, and I personally find them refreshing!

On the utility bill itself there are several equipment charges. You have to pay to use the equipment your paying for. Seems crooked to me. When I called to question it, I couldn't get clear response on what that charges entailed, just to keep paying them.
