Another review of their sad customer service. I work 12 hours a day in 2018 I expect an email or phone call if someone has an issue. I was there in May to inform them of my move and nobody told me to resign up for auto withdraw. So I get home after a 12 hr day with my power off. I go through my snail mail their is the letter. I go in and ask why nobody told me when I was there in May that I would have to resign up. And they said when the landlard informs them of a tenant they don't know if we already had auto withdraw signed up. I said NO I stood in your office in May and NOBODY said anything. All I got was a sorry. Not let me see what we can do since we don't know how to communicate like its 2018! Can we say lazy? CALL YOUR CUSTOMERS EMAIL YOUR CUSTOMERS! When you work 12 hours a day and have a paymnet plan set up you expect a phone call if there are issue! If I pulled this laziness at my job I would be fired! Oh and all the girl had to do to set my up for auto withdraw is press a FREAKEN button which she should have done in MAY! Why am I paying the $40 reconnect for your absolute laziness!
