Very pleased with the work we had done, completed all the requested work in less time than I had imagined. We were able to get an electrician out the same week I called for an appointment, which is great! Highly recommend!

They arrived quickly to resolve a potentially serious issue, but disconnected all of our external outlets in the process. I would expect them to resolve this at a fair cost, but instead sent us a bill for $200 and blamed us for not telling them about a switch. I'd suggest using someone else.

Dennis came to our house. He really hustled. He found one hard to diagnose problem and fixed a second issue with our dryer. He did all of this in a one hour time frame. We were very impressed.

I had a tricky situation at one of the Associations I manage that involved hardwired battery back up smoke detectors in the Unit. Krantz made a difficult repair much easier with great communication, even while on site during the repair and great follow up. Dennis provided me good real time info that allowed me to close up the ceiling and wall for the Owner of the unit quicker. MPM Condos will definitely use Krantz on future projects. Patrick N.
