Whole side of the town is out for seemingly no reason. Weather is fine for miles and miles and the number to report outages never works. Constant outages for hours on end,terrible service

This place is a joke, terrible service and they are never in a hurry to fix downed lines.

Horrible service! Never had outages with Alliant Energy. All the time now and don't have an option to switch providers. They have no problem collecting money, but won't update the old lines that are long overdue. Better off getting solar panels and getting off their joke of a grid!
