What an absolute joke of a power company. Outages across town on a picture perfect day, and multiple outages since! Candles and flashlights are a must have in Rock Springs, and it's summertime! I'm very concerned about the upcoming winter weather affecting my access to electricity in the 21st century. Seriously?

I have never lived in a city where the power goes out so often.... It's absolutely incredible..... 3 times in just the last 2 weeks. Pretty sure the power plant is just a gerble on a wheel and another one just died.....
