Currently on hold, 2.5 hours of effort today and 4 hours yesterday trying to order two parts. On 3-4 occasions, after being on hold for 45-75 minutes, the system hung up on me. Yesterday early afternoon I was working with a parts tech named Sam and I emailed her four photos of the part I needed. She promised to check with the parts manager and get back to me, but never did. Today she is not at work so I am starting from scratch. I asked to speak to the parts manager (Ricky Johnson), but he isn't at his desk, so I left two messages earlier today and he hasn't returned calls. One parts tech I spoke with today transferred me (without asking me or me even realizing she was going to transfer me) to another line when I explained that I had worked with Sam yesterday. Guessing it was Sam's desk, so I got to leave another voicemail then get back at the end of line for another hour of waiting. Many parts do not seem to be on the website so forced to wait an hour just to speak to someone who may or may not be helpful. Understandable that there might be some waiting due to COVID impact but this is ridiculous.Update #1: Now over 3 hours of effort today, and when #1 in the queue after starting at #22, an automated message cuts in and says 'the system is currently unable to process your call' and disconnects me.Update #2: System dropped me out after 51 minutes on hold this time. Called back, was able to get connected to a manager (Tim), or at least his voicemail. So back in line again, currently #22 in the queue.Update #3: After 4 hours trying to get through today, I was connected to Marie 30 minutes before closing time. She did a nice job helping me identify one part that was not listed on the website (an awning mounting bracket) and unfortunately was not available as a separate item and had to be ordered as part of an entire assembly at a price of about $300, so I'll find a used part or make it out of angle iron. Marie worked 10 minutes after closing to put in my order of two light lens covers. So her positive performance helped offset the lack of follow up from the previous parts technician and two supervisors over the previous two days. But overall a very unpleasant experience, 9.5 hours to order $2.40 in parts and find out that I'd have to pay almost $300 to replace a cracked mounting bracket that would probably cost $50 retail by itself.Update #4: Just ordered the mounting bracket from another supplier for $55 (retail). Won't be using Tiffin parts department in the future.Update #5: I called on Thurs am after spending 9 hours on this issue on Mon and Tues since I had not yet received a shipping confirmation for the order I placed for two red marker lenses for a running light. I was told that the order had not been shipped yet since Tiffin parts dept. still had not assigned me a customer number. After another hour, I was able to get the order placed by Marie, who told me that Tiffin would pay for overnight shipping at no cost to me as a way of making up for the previous issues. Package arrived today (Fri am) as promised, but only had ONE light lens cover! I had figured I would change the one star rating to something higher, but since I've yet to hear anything about why the phone hold system kept malfunctioning (and Tiffin's plan to fix it), only received a token email vice a timely phone call from management, AND the order was filled incorrectly, gonna stick with one star. Got thru to Marie after only a short wait on Fri afternoon and she said she'll overnight the second lens, so call this one done.

We bought our 2019 Phaeton 40IH back in March. The unit has been back to the dealer non-stop since the day we took delivery. This was supposed to be our forever & retirement coach, and all it's turned into is a nightmare. I understand some of the issues we've had having nothing to do with Tiffin, they are just using another companies product and installing. My biggest complaint is the lack of detail and quality that is leaving Red Bay. Our bathroom tile wall fell off 2nd trip, all of our compartments flood while driving in rain, drawers and cabinets that were never bolted or installed correctly, which have now either broken or fallen off, our black tank flush was never hooked up and clearly never tested at the factory, windshield washer pump never hooked up, light under the step is now gone, since it was never attached to the coach, just wires left now. The Spyder system is great when it works, until you are camping or traveling and it just shuts goes out. Once that happens, you have nothing. Zip ties on my front shade so i can get home was not on the cards with the money we spent. I knew buying new was going to be an experience, however, this is gotten out of control. Everyone says, 'Take it to Red Bay' I'm sure that is an amazing facility, but everyone that buys these rigs is not retired. I still have to work to pay for a rig that is always in the shop. It's currently been sitting at Stolfus RV in Pa for a month. Why are we still waiting on a windshield? Good question, I've already spoken to Bob Tiffin about our situation. Each time I'm assured the parts have been sent, and yet it's still at the dealer waiting. Our air bags have not worked right since day one. As soon as the engine is turned off, some of them just deflate. You should not have to dump the bags to run into a grocery store. The frame gets so twisted since only some of them are leaking, that you are unable to open the bay doors. I know it's not just Tiffin experiencing these problems, it's across the entire industry. We went with Tiffin for the reputation in customer service. I've yet to see or experience CUSTOMER SERVICE and would not recommend a Tiffin product to anyone.

I just ordered our new motor home. My search began a year or two ago. We had heard so many great things about Tiffin and their customer service that when we started seriously looking Tiffin was at the top of the list. We looked at many others as well. I had some questions about the 2021 models not released yet so I dialed Tiffin directly and Trent Tiffin himself answered the phone. He was exceptional, patiently answering all my questions. With all the great reviews and after experiencing that great customer service myself we decided to order a 2021 Wayfarer. We than went to North Trail RV in Fort Myers, where we had a great experience as well and ordered our new motor home. I cant wait to take delivery and hit the road. You can be certain we will spread the good word about Tiffin and North Trail RV throughout our travels.

Bought a new Diesel pusher Tiffin Breeze and have had but problems since we took delivery. The dealer was paid $2,000 prep fee; however, on the way home we discovered 10 discrepancies with the unit and the dealer took the unit and did not completely repair all the outstanding issues. It took another 6 weeks to correct the remaining issues. After the unit was returned, the leveling system which didn't work correctly upon delivery still didn't work. A factory service Tech repaired the deficiency by installing a new leveling sensor as the original sensor had been spray foamed in at the factory. The leveling system still does not function properly and what is so frustrating the symptoms are not repeatable as the coach does something different every time it is taken out. After 2 years or trying to correct this discrepancy and have a coach that is trustworthy to be taken on the road without the leveling system lowering the coach so far that the steps are pushed into the ground. We have initiated the Lemon Law provisions of our contract since we are now on discrepancy 15 and requested this unmanageable beast be taken back and our monies refunded. Would never ever recommend any coach that has axel/frame air leveling/suspension system. Our old Phaeton had none of these issues and was a soundly built coach, but these new fangled units now being pushed out of the factory lack quality and the quality review of the finished product is seriously lacking. Good luck folks, Tiffin in our opinion is at the bottom of the pack now.
