I am not very happy. I just checked into service at 8am on Thursday, June 25th 2020. I was told that a rep would come talk to me about my repairs Friday morning. The technician showed up as expected and said he could get it in the express bay Monday or Tuesday. Now it's Monday afternoon and was told that everyone was sent home because of covid. Now I do understand that this could happen but NO ONE called me to tell me that everyone was sent home on Friday and that they'd be off till the week after the 4th. I'm not retired so I have limited days for vacation and have waisted 4 of those days waiting for maintenance that's not going to happen. Good luck with dealing with Tiffin.
