I have lived her for over 4 years and I always have my bank send payment on the 1st of every month. In the last 3 months they have stated that they never received my payment and turned off my water, blaming the bank. I have payments that make it across the country with no issues. Terrible company to work with, I think they stack payments just so they can get more revenue. This is terrible for a small community to have to deal with this, shame on them!

Worst utility company to work with.

This company provides great, consistent, safe water to my house. They always provide a bill and a shut off notice for a reminder. Thank you for your hard work and for keeping my family safe and healthy. Most people overlook the public heath risks associated with water distribution, these guys do not cheat on their testing and are continually upgrading the system.

This water company is extremely disappointing in my opinion. Unlike other water companies, they do not provide reminder cards when you have an upcoming bill or if it is past your due date. For a younger person who is still learning money management, a reminder card can be very important. Additionally, if it is your due date to pay the bill, this office does not give you a courtesy call the morning of sending someone out to turn off your water. Almost all other utility organization gives you a warning, such as aps, patriot waste disposal, etc. When I tried to offer the suggestion that it might be helpful to think about starting courtesy calls, I was extremely rudely interrupted by a woman named Jessica or Jennifer who was very unprofessional and kept interrupting me while I tried to get information about my bill. In addition to all of this, they add a $25 reset fee when they run your water off (which is reasonable, considering they have to send someone out there), but they make that charge in addition to your bill that has to be paid in full before they will turn your water back on. I have never received good customer service when dealing with the CV Water Company and its disappointing. I wish there were other options here in our small town.

These people are very difficult to work with. They cannot be responsible for the Post Office if the bill arrives late but if the payment is delivered late by the Post Office they just say to bad and charge a late fee even though the check and postmark were well before the due date. Not good business but they know we cannot go elsewhere for our water.
