The installation has been completed for over 60 days and the power has yet to be switch over to solar. Primitive Power has stop returning my calls and text. They will not work with the installation, company Empire Solar, to complete the switch to solar. The have dropped me like a rock, after the project was paid for I never heard from them again, especially when I had trouble with the installers. When I finally did get a hold of the sales representative he said he would look
into, but nothing was ever done. Don't trust Primitive Power, all they want is your money, they care what happens afterwards. The project is not complete until I start using solar power.

The guys showed up at about 7am and were gone around 2pm. They were minimally invasive when it came to the part of the installation that required them to be inside my home. The guys promptly picked up any mess they caused in the process and moved everything back into it's original spot. The team was very professional. Thanks for the hardwork guys!
