I have to say that Sonny was on point with his communication and product knowledge. He was able to answer any and all questions that we had for him, we did do a bit of research prior to meeting with him on our own so we had an idea as to how things worked. He was straight forward and made the process so simple from start to finish. We never felt like he was selling us anything he was just explaining the long term value and savings that are possible. Communicated every step of the way about all process involved from the install to the connection to the grid. I was initially intimidated by the solar process as the market is vast. I was referred to Sonny from my realtor and the process couldnt have been smoother. He coached every step of the way and coordinated everything between the installers and my electric company. The roughest part of the process is the waiting, but thats due to the electric companies as they arent in any hurry to lose customers. The timeline Sonny gave me from start to finish was exactly as he said and I know that if I need anything in the future he will be responsive and helpful.
