Freedom Forever - Mesa

The Sunrun and Freedom Forever association is not clear. I had broken roof tiles around the solar project. When I contacted Freedom Forever a month ago I was told by customer service that they could not give me an answer as to when I would hear back from a representative. After three weeks I contacted Sunrun customer service and was sent a form via email. That form was returned via email and I was told I would be contacted by someone within 5 business days. That did not happen. What did happen was a team arrived at my home while I was gone and did the work. I returned home and found them on my property. When asked who called me to schedule the appointment the team leader could not give me an answer. I went. up. on the roof with the team leader and inspected the work. They had done an excellent job. Team Leader Jonathan walked me throw the rebooting of the system and showed me that all panels were operational and producing power. The work by team Rookies was very good. The follow up and phone calls were not good. Thank You

The company has been good to work with and their rep Dustin helped us throughout the install process. I especially like the 25 year electricity generation guaranty. I'm looking forward to saving on electrical bills this summer!

They offer me a 100% system and Im just getting like 30% of my needs. Even the I get a new A/C unit my bill is over 200$. I call Matt the seller communicated about it he said he would call his people to star monitoring my system never ear back again I called like 5 times with no answers

I have tried to rectify our resent problems with this company. They put solar on my roof and it cost me more money every month. I called SRP and they told me that I am using more electricity with the solar panels then I am without solar panels as of comparison to last year's bills. They put panels on my roof that don't even get sun so I have to pay all this money for something that doesn't even work. they won't even come out and check out the system. They say I have to wait a whole year to compare what I'm saving. SRP told me that I would not be saving one penny. Their customer service is the worst I've ever dealt with. I think they just want to take advantage of senior citizens. So beware don't use this company they don't stand by what they tell you.
