When we decided to move to AZ a few months ago I knew that solar was going to be one thing that was on the top of my list to have installed on our house. Where we came from MS the availability of solar is pretty much 0, mainly due to the amount of shading from trees and absolutely no support of it by the state. I have a background in electronics pretty much everything with electricity flowing through it and knew all the basics about solar already.After moving here I started researching what is currently available at the time and then set out to start meeting with companies and getting quotes. We didnt have to look far, as within a week of moving in we had multiple door-to-door solar sales people knocking, all trying to get our business. All of the door-to-to door people were high pressure sales, trying to get us to purchase / lease as big of a system as they could sell us hoping we didnt know better, those I ushered right out.I met with about a dozen companies including the door-to-door people, and narrowed our search down to three companies, one happen to be Sunny Energy. Our sales person Mike, was one of the easiest sales people to deal with, he was laid back, not high pressure, and he didnt try to over sell us a system that would not be worth our ROI. The other two companies were actually more interested in what they were selling us as both of them immediately wanted us to spend a few thousand $ more, that pretty much cinched the deal with me.All the equipment Sunny Energy is high end equipment too, nothing cheap or short lived about it. The system comes with a 25year warranty on top of it. The REC panels they use are one of the top rated panels on all the review sites, and the Solar Edge converter is one of the most efficient available.We didnt have to do anything after signing either; Sunny Energy took care of all the permits and paperwork. They designed the system layout for optimum performance they didnt just throw it up on the roof not worrying about where the panels were facing. Their installation crew was even showed up early to do the install and had everything installed in just under three hours very impressive for the amount of work they did. After everything was approved and the switches thrown everything worked perfectly, no going back and trying to figure out what went wrong, actually had a neighbor experience that after going with a different company and they had to come back twice to figure out why the system wasnt working right. I really like the Solar Edge monitoring platform; we can watch all of our solar production and see just how much we are producing on a daily basis, anxious to see the impact on the APS bill.Over all I would give Sunny Energy 5 out of 5 stars as they were honest about what we needed, nothing high pressure and they were always happy to answer any question we had about the system. They also kept us fully informed every step of the way from start to finish.

Hello everyone! My husband and I decided to go Solar and gave Sunny Energy a call after reading countless 5 ratings on Google. We met with Solar Consultant Scott O'Brien and were not disappointed. He was friendly, punctual, knowledgeable, and professional. The most important question he asked is 'What do YOU want to get out of your solar system?' We looked at past energy bills to determine usage and he actually talked us down from wasting money on a bigger system than what we needed (we wanted a massive amount of panels). He walked us through the entire process and answered all of our questions in terms that we could understand. Since our meeting with Scott, I have been very happy with the entire process! Sunny Energy called and sent an email update every step of the way to keep me informed. The system was turned on a week ago and my panels are producing more energy than originally projected! They have a monitoring app for my phone so I can keep track of everything and know if there's an issue. I can see why they came highly recommended! Anyone looking into Solar should definitely give them a call!

Weve just completed our solar system with Sunny Energy. What a great experience its been. Everything that weve been told, theyve come through with. They sell an install only top notch equipment. Were very pleased with our experience and highly recommend Sunny Energy.

I have spoken to a lot of solar sales people but not decided to get a solar system from them. However, when I met Eric from Sunny Energy, he explained something to me about my APS bill which I never heard from other sales people. Those items that is included in my monthly bill that can be avoided matters a lot. Kudos to him and I decided to get my solar system. Sunny Energy delivered the system and my system started producing energy more than a week ago. I was kept informed through out the process and it was easy.

I talked with Chris recently and had an exemplary experience! Although I decided not to go with solar. Chris was honest and patient as he explained how solar worked, what it would cost and all my options he could offer. There was absolutely NO high pressure sales like i experienced with the other companies that I talked to. Unless you do your due diligence, you could get ripped off with other solar companies out there. Presented with my options, now was not a good time for my family to go solar. When we are, we are definitely going to call Sunny Energy for our needs. Thank you Chris.
