Worst experience ever , go solar they said was I ever wrong to do so have have the solars installed on 3 months now and having to pay loan company and still the electricity bill when it was just to be one bill now. You call and they take forever to answer and then you get told one thing and to wait. You wait for over 2 weeks and nothing is done.

The company is working on my complaints. I will update this review accordingly. WewWe promised the moon, and we feel completely ripped off. The system still isn't running, and I now have an electric bill and a huge payment to make to them. Read the fine print. We are considering a lawsuit.

UPDATE*** I received a call from Samantha today from Titan. She showed real concern for our situation and did everything in her power to rectify the situation. I just wanted to say thank you to her for going the extra mile. ****Started the process to add solar to our home in November of 2019. Today June 17 2020, I finally received the notice that our final inspection will take place tomorrow. I was told when originally signing the documents that I will receive a 65' smart TV and 30% tax credits because they will have this finished before the end of the year. Then the drama started. First we were told we needed an upgraded box and that our service was going to be moved from the alley where we had an existing electric pedestal to the house and that they would split the cost with us. (they didn't split that cost.) which we were OK with, we figured having our meter attached to the house would be nice. We'll they put in a new pedestal in the alley and a new subpanel. We were told this was the most cost effective way to do it. Not at all what we agreed to. Then we were told that the city was dragging their feet on getting the system permitted. When I called the solar guy at the city in April I was told he only had the permit for a week, another lie from Titan. So far I have not been impressed with their customer service and I will not be referring anyone to them. It will be almost 8 months before I can actually turn on my new $33,000 solar power system. If I had it to do over again believe me I'd look for a different company.
