Worse decision ever!!!Paying 500 on electricity and 181 on solar this month = 681. My fuse went out and took 2-3 weeks to get it fixed. I reached out to premiere to maybe get a reimbursement for the month they produced 0 and no call back or message. This was the worse decision ever and wish I could just give them back the solar pannels.Please go look for a new solar company if you decide to get them. It's been a headache with this company and put us in a hole.From the beginning till now the most we have saved a month was maybe 50.00 but pay 181 a month for them

Save your money. Go with a company who cares about their customers. It seems like once this company gets your money, they dont care about you anymore. They apparently use sub-par equipment and when you have an issue you cant ever get a return call or response from them. We had our solar turned on in March of 2018. In May it stopped working. We called and had to wait two weeks for someone to show, then ended up having to wait another 4-5 weeks for the issue to be resolved, so all that summer sunshine was wasted, and we ended up having to pay basically double for our electricity (the loan and energy usage). Fast forward to this May. Again the system went down. Called them, waited over a week, someone shows up on June 1, tells us that they have to order a part and it will be about two weeks. Its now July 30 and they havent shown up or returned any of our phone calls. Still no Solar, but double bills. And another wasted summer of sunshine. They get your money and run. Worst experience ever.

I had a great experience with Premier from start to finish. I was amazed by their knowledgeable team of sales personnel. They have the best warranty and the installation was smoothly done by a professional team. I am super happy with the solar panels and will recommend them.

I hired premier solar to service my solar system that was installed by another company that went out of business, they provided me fast services, handled my warranty claim for me and installed my new solar inverter without any hassle.
