SunPower cannot be trusted as we have many customers who have needed their SunPower MFG inverters to be replaced under warranty for over 10 months. We have emailed, called, social media contacts and PEP Solar gets the same run around our customers receive. It is unfortunate we need to leave a review for others to see so they are not affected by SunPower. Call PEP Solar we have the evidence to support our claims.

We worked with Greg Field and SunPower to design and install a first class solar power system for our home. Installation went as planned and we are thrilled with the performance of our SunPower system as we started saving money on our power bills the first day it was turned on. Would we do it again? Yes, you bet we would.

My experience with SunPower has been a totally seamless process... From the time Gregg Field entered my home and told my wife and I about SunPower Solar til the day the panels were installed we had NO PROBLEMS.. NONE AT ALL..... I like the fact that I can call Gregg during and after business hours and he would always address any questions I ask of him.... I have not paid money to APS since my solar was up and running...

We interviewed many companies navigating our decision to go solar and Greg at SunPower thoroughly answered each question in depth and more given his market background. Greg' detail with comparisons to other companies and the model for which our needs would be supported left us confident we selected the right company and more specifically, the person to move us forward. Additional questions were promptly responded to along with follow up inquiries to make sure we knew he was always available for any additional needs.
