If I could leave a negative star review, I would. Ashley Chicot is a nightmare to deal with. They provide terrible customer service, the women in the office are extremely rude and unaccomodating and when called about outages or issues, they are unable to provide any information about what happened, where it happened or even a rough estimate of when it would be fixed. I miss Entergy :(.

Ashley Chitco doesnt even serves 1 star. The women behind the counter are rude if asked a question about anything to do with my bill. They have a toll free number but when I called a lady informs me Ill have to call back during business hours. They offer no bill extension yet the Man who is sent to cut your lights off is sent in brand new GMC Sierra truck that we pay for. Entergy would always work with me and always had excellent 5 star customer service rating.

THEIR WEB SITE IS NEVER UP. THEY WILL NOT RESPOND TO REQUEST FOR BUILDING SPECS. AND THE OFFICE STAFF CANNOT ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS AND WILL NOT PROVIDE PHONE NUMBERS TO PEOPLE THAT MIGHT BE ABLE TO ANSWER THOSE QUESTIONS.
