Terrible customer service. They dont tell you when you sign up with edison You have the option to opt out with choice and just use edison. But due to Edison's agreement they cant tell you that over the phone you have to wait for a paper from choice to tell you that you have a choice to opt out. I never received a paper , email or phone call saying I'm paying two different companies one of which does the both the jobs 'edison' and the other that only does 1 'choice'.. how can I opt out of something if I didn't even know I had it? I signed up with edison NOT! choice. If I was given the information my 'CHOICE' would have been edison not a second rate company that in my opinion operates under some shady circumstances. Money I wont get back and a headache to deal with.

I want out. I did not ask for this, I do not want this. Craptastic customer service makes it impossible for you to go unload this money muncher. Same goes for the stupid Apple Valley Water Company, too: I dont want you, either.Lol. Doesnt seem as if they have a website, either.
