Option One Solar

So far very happy with Option 1 Solar! Experience has been great from dealing with the sales rep all the way to install. Price was right, while still using high quality components. I looked into several other solar installers and even looked into installing myself. At the end of the day I went with Option One because they delivered the most value! Will definitely be recommending them in the future!

Option One Installed our system in 2014, They were priced right for what we were getting, including installation. They did an excellent job: fast, effecient, and CLEAN installation. Their support since has been great. Anytime there has been an issue, it's resolved immediately. don't misunderstand - solar systems have no moving parts so there are no breakdowns, per se. Rather, our system is monitored by Option One and when the see an optimizer has gone out or if there's a communication disruption, they're on it immediately to resolve it. As an example, we recently had 3 optimizers quit on us and Option One told ME about it. Within about 2 days, they were on-site replacing them without any cost to me as it was all warranty work. They arrived on time, got to work, had them replaced, and were gone in just a couple hours. Hardly knew they were there. Bottom line, if you're considering going solar, call Scott at Option One. They have the equipment, the right prices, the best installation, and fantastic support after install. You're making the right choice with these guys, hands down.

We've been off grid for 28 years and optionone solar put us back on our solar up and running they are very knowledgeable and are the first ones to ever come out and help us fix our solar now it's the strongest and best we've ever had in 28 years thank you option one if you're off grid I suggest you call Option 1 no joking they are awesome

AMAZING SERVICE FROM START TO FINISH!!! Option 1 Solar was referred to me by a friend who has used them to install solar on two separate houses. My initial consultation was during the COVID19 restrictions, so phone and web based platforms were utilized. My Solar Consultant, Ashton, easily explained the system options, install process and answered all my questions. My Project Coordinator, Sierra, promptly made all necessary contacts to the County for permits, plan submission and So Cal Edison for utility upgrades. Prior to my solar install, I wanted to re-roof only the section where the panels were going to be installed. Option 1 quickly sent out a contractor to complete a lift and lay on my concrete tile roof to avoid future panel removal. The contractor was friendly and throughly completed the job. Option 1 offers their 6 weeks installation guarantee, but their TEAM IS SO EFFICIENT my job was completed in 4 weeks!
