Semper Solaris - Bakersfield Solar and Roofing Company

Why I chose Semper Solaris. I chose Semper Solaris because of their reputation and they carry quality solar panels. We had been looking for solar and found Semper Solaris and spoke with Robert Alva. I immediately received a thorough education about solar, how I was consuming, being billed, and the production that my home needed. He also explained what happens after I make the switch and what to expect from PGE. In short, I chose Semper Solaris and highly recommend them as they made me feel confident about their products and provide customer service that I deserve.

Got the install done in mid dec. Was done by third party without being warned work would be done by a third party. Third party damages my home and did not inform me of the damage. Once I reported damage it took over a month to get it repaired. The repair by the third party which you let do the repair it was horrible. The third party taking so long I was able to schedule a repair appoint with SS. I kept that appointment and SS came and did a better job. Better not great but for less noticeable. At this point its early Feb. I send final payment I held encase I had to use it for repair my ceiling. Received by 16 of Feb. I didn't get my right to operate until until April 22. This was due to the first set of doc SS sent to PGE was unreadable. Which they never checked in on until I wrote on there Facebook that no one should hire them do to failure to follow throw. At that point it took a week for the to find out what was wrong then they had me sign new paper work to submit. I then get an email 2 weeks later that they had missed up the paper work and I had to sign another document. This time it was good and finally was able to use what I bought. That is why I can't recommend them.*edit* added picture of where a worker stepped on my ceiling while in the attic.*edit*

Horrible!!! Took several months to get installed, electrition took out my stove top breaker instead of putting a sub panel which was in the bid, now my roof is leaking, ceiling is ruined and I can't get anyone to call me back!! If there was a minus star I would give them a minus 5!! Only giving a 1 because it won't let me post no stars
