As of Summer, 2020, I have a fully installed Vivint roof solar energy system thanks to Adam Soto, the Vivint representative who graciously explained the system, the cost benefits, and the great incentives to go with them. Adam was very pleasant, very knowledgeable, and always accessible at every step. The installation crews were fast, clean, on time. The panels are high efficiency, durable, and good looking. The entire system cost us nothing and we have a legally capped power rate that will always be significantly less costly than any of our existing alternate sources. I highly recommend that you talk to Adam Soto with Vivint Energy if you are considering a solar energy system.

I am very satisfied with this company. I worked with a rep named Sheila. I dont know why I didnt sign up with Vivint Solar sooner. I heard from several people that they have been saving money on their energy bill after signing up for solar. Watching my bill get higher no matter how much I tried to control my use (and also being fed up with PG&E), I decided to give solar a chance. I always assumed I would have to buy the solar panels, but I didn't have to. I also figured they would find a way to sneak in extra charges somewhere down the line, but that wasn't the case neither. I did my research and talked to friends and family. I went through the information with my solar rep, Sheila and everything went great. I recommend switching to solar. If you do, ask for Sheila.
