Eagle Mountain Solar Plumbing & Heating

I was sold a solar and heating system two years ago, and it has never worked properly. I call contact them every few days and it takes 5 contacts to get them to come out, and it never works properly. I find them unwilling to resolve the system set up failure they sold me. I am confused why they got this 5 star rating.I just got this response to the last request I made with the owner of Eagle Mountain Solar. There is no accountability. I have found myself walking on eggshells with them every contact, and have many many e mail requests to have them come out and resolve failures on the system they sold me for $10k. Ive been told by another local HVAC professional that they Heat Pump system they sold me in Big Bear would never work because a heat pump system cant work at temperatures in Big Bear. The last time we were at your house looking at the water heater we stared your FAU and showed you it worked. We told you that we would come back in the fall and service it for you. I did not tell you to use any one else. It was working then. It was working also after you destroyed all your circuits in your house and we repaired it then. It was working after those repairs at that time also. If you burned up another computer board thats not our fault. It was working the last time we were there. You trashed us on Google while we were trying to work through issue you said you had and every time we came out we found the system working right. We are not going to come out or service anything else for you. You never seem to listen or remember what is going on. Please find someone else. Tom
