I have worked in solar for many years and have never seen a manufacturer not honor a warranty. My mother had solar pool panels installed in 2013, and has had nothing but problems. Fafco originally sent their warranty company out to repair a panel a couple years ago, but now that she has more problems they are saying the issue is do to the installation quality and therefore they are refusing to honor. Their own dealer installed and only their warranty company has serviced!! It's ridiculous. No one should ever work with this company or their products.

Unresponsive on warranty. No calls returned or action after local vendor made visits. They do not honor their warranties. I have been working with a local vendor for 10 weeks and I am getting the run around. I replaced a panel two years ago after a contractor damaged the panel. It was replaced with a new panel and now that panel has a major leak right at the manifold. Clearly a manufacturing defect. After the local vendor made several visits to my house, they say Mike Fitzgerald, the company representative for Hawaii (located one CA) is delaying the warranty. Avoid this company and its products.

Panel holes literally inside the FAFCO logo, they won't do anything about it. Hoping they reconsider so I can change the review to a positive one. I don't know how much more of a message there can be to stay away from these panels than defects present in the only two places where they branded the piping. Good representation of the company I guess.

Stay away. I had Fafco panels installed by Fafco. The wind blew them off. Their CEO Robert Leckinger promised to help with a special discount, but I never heard from the again. No phone calls taken, no letters answered. I hear they have a very bad reputation in the industry.
