Bought my sunpower system 14 years ago. Mohr power installed it. My inverter went out after so many years. Sunpower and there contractors ignored my continues calls for help. I called mohr power and they pointed me in the correct direction to acquire a inverter that worked with a positive grounded system. They were more then happy to come out and install it. Very friendly staff.

From start to finish, Jason, Brittany, Desiree, Larry, Christian all where awesome. Im so glad I used a local company thats been around forever. I probably drove Desiree crazy with questions over a period weeks and Brittany stayed on top of my contract and Larry was wonderful to explain system and operation.My panels look sooo professional, when looking around at my neighbors sloppy panels. The worst customer service ever . We have pool solar through them . Within the first year the system had a major leak , stopped working . They came out and replaced pipes . 6 months later more issues That informed us 85$ service charge so I said ok come fix it . When they come out and check it .. well now there is labor charges too for 15 min fix with no parts or anything . All the guy did was check the system , change timer setting and said it is working . The customer service lady - Brittany is so disrespectful and rude . I would highly recommend you dont use this company I would rate the zero is that was an option .

I had recently received my year end electric bill and it was extremely high I went to the garage to check my inverters and no power to the system. I called Mohr power who installed my system and set up a service call. They cancelled that due to technicians being ill. I rescheduled which was a week later as I am a doctor and have limited time. No technician showed up at the scheduled time. Multiple calls to Mohr power to update on my service call. Only one person answering the phone, Gordon who stated he had placed multiple calls and texts to his supervisor to ask her to update me. Most of the day wasted trying to get service from the company that installed my system . This is not just bad customer service its total disregard of the customer. I have given up and called another service company. Buyer beware.
