WHAT SERVICE!! We have a business over here in the business parks with a couple AC units on top of our suite. We started to smell something strange like burning electrical smoke or something. We unplugged all the appliances, checked everything we thought it could be and at the last stop, thought about the AC units. Keep in mind, it was over 100-degrees outside. Long story short, we had problems with the AC unit motor. We called CES and literally, the unit was fixed before 6am the following day. That is not a typo, before 6am the following day. That is some seriously impressive service! Thanks Roger! You guys officially became my Heat/AC and home energy company. Cheers!

I called the company to get my 5- year old AC fixed. They came out the same day and the tech was very professional and approachable. The AC was fixed and running within less than an hour. I would have left a 5-star review were if not for the following. Trying to get warranty information out of these people is like pulling out teeth. How painfully frustrating. The person tells me the warranty information is in storage then proceeds to read it off of his computer screen. I could tell he had no interest in sending it to me. Then he told me that I might lose my warranty if I did not buy their maintenance agreement; he refused to tell me what was on the plan, saying that I would not understand it anyway. He rushed me off the phone saying he had 5-6 calls ahead of mine. I am sure I will never see it.

I was very happy with the services I received it was quick and easily I called and got an appt the next day which is highly unusual for this time of the year.. the tech went step by step so I knew exactly what was going on... I would highly recommend them

Marcus Filippi was our sales rep and helped us with our window choice and installation. We could not be happier with our choice! Further, Marcus and Co., went above and beyond by getting our window just in time before the Covid-19 shelter-in-place and for our contractor's schedule! We will be working with Ca Energy Services again in the near future!
